You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, share, teach from, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior written authorization from Avevya Institute.

Purchase of a course, training program, membership, mentorship, or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Educational Programs and Professional Responsibility

Educational materials and training provided by Avevya Institute are intended for educational purposes.

Participation in a course, training, mentorship program, or other educational offering does not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, or professional advice and does not independently authorize a participant to perform any procedure or practice outside their legally permitted scope of practice.

Students and participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable:

  • Scope-of-practice laws
  • Medical supervision requirements
  • Prescriptive authority requirements
  • Facility requirements
  • Insurance requirements
  • State and federal laws and regulations
  • Employer or organizational policies

Techniques demonstrated during training must be used only by appropriately licensed or authorized professionals and only where permitted by applicable law.

Avevya Institute does not guarantee licensure, certification eligibility, employment, income, business performance, patient outcomes, or any specific professional result from participation in an educational program.

4. Live Clinical Training

Certain Avevya Institute educational programs may include demonstrations or supervised hands-on clinical training involving live models or patients.

Participation in hands-on training is subject to eligibility requirements, professional credentials, instructor supervision, applicable laws, facility policies, and course-specific requirements.

Avevya Institute reserves the right to limit or prohibit a participant from performing a procedure when we reasonably determine that doing so is necessary for patient safety, regulatory compliance, or appropriate clinical supervision.

Completion of a training course does not replace independent professional judgment, appropriate medical oversight, or compliance with applicable scope-of-practice requirements.

5. Clinical and Aesthetic Services

Where Avevya Institute facilitates or provides clinical or aesthetic services, those services are separate from the educational information available through the Website.

Treatment eligibility, recommendations, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes must be evaluated on an individual basis by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Information appearing on the Website should not be interpreted as a diagnosis, individualized treatment recommendation, or guarantee of treatment results.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, fees are listed in U.S. dollars.

Digital products and online educational content are licensed to the purchaser for personal, individual use unless otherwise expressly stated.

Your purchase does not grant permission to:

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Avevya Institute.
