Appointment Policy

At Avevya Institute, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care while ensuring a positive educational experience for our students and treatment models. Because many appointments are scheduled in conjunction with live training courses, appointment availability is limited and cancellations directly impact both patients and students.
By scheduling an appointment with Avevya Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.
Appointment Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all patient consultations, treatment appointments, and treatment model appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled treatment.
Appointment Confirmations
Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent by email and/or text message.
Please review your appointment details carefully and contact our office immediately if any corrections are needed.
Appointment Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours' advance notice.
Appointments rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice may transfer the existing deposit to one future appointment.
Each appointment is eligible for one (1) complimentary reschedule.
All rescheduled appointments are subject to provider and class availability.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the existing deposit.
A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.
Repeated no-shows or excessive cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments at the discretion of Avevya Institute.
Late Arrivals
Patients and treatment models arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the scheduled procedure.
Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be subject to the applicable cancellation and deposit policies.
Treatment Eligibility
Patient safety is our highest priority.
Not every individual is an appropriate candidate for every treatment. Avevya Institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment based on:
- Medical history
- Current medications
- Contraindications
- Safety concerns
- Clinical assessment
- Provider discretion
If an alternative treatment is recommended, your provider will discuss all appropriate options prior to treatment.
Refund Policy
All treatment fees, deposits, packages, and services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have been rendered.
