Please read this Course Terms & Enrollment Agreement carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any educational program offered by Avevya, LLC d/b/a Avevya Institute ("Avevya Institute").
By registering for any course, bundle, mentorship, online program, hybrid program, workshop, masterclass, or educational offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
By enrolling, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- You understand that it is your responsibility to determine whether you meet any licensing, credentialing, employment, or professional requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You are legally eligible to attend the educational program for which you have registered.
Educational Purpose
Avevya Institute provides educational programs designed to enhance knowledge, clinical understanding, and practical skills in aesthetic medicine.
Our educational offerings are intended solely for educational purposes.
Enrollment in any course does not:
- Constitute medical school or nursing school education.
- Grant professional licensure.
- Expand your legal scope of practice.
- Guarantee competency independent of supervised clinical experience.
- Authorize you to perform procedures prohibited by applicable law.
Students remain solely responsible for practicing within their legal scope of practice and complying with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Healthcare laws vary significantly by state, province, and country.
It is your responsibility to research and comply with all applicable:
- Licensing requirements
- Scope of practice
- Physician supervision requirements
- Medical board regulations
- Nursing board regulations
- Dental board regulations
- State and local laws

Employment Disclaimer
Completion of a course or certification through Avevya Institute does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Job placement
- Credentialing
- Professional certification
- Insurance reimbursement

Employment opportunities are determined solely by employers, licensing authorities, and applicable regulations.
Clinical Responsibility
Students are responsible for exercising independent professional judgment.
Information presented during training reflects accepted educational principles and instructor experience at the time of publication; however, aesthetic medicine continues to evolve.
Students are responsible for remaining current with:
- Clinical research
- Product labeling
- Manufacturer recommendations
- Professional guidelines
- Evidence-based practices
Third-Party Products
Educational materials may reference products, manufacturers, technologies, or services.
These references are provided solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as endorsements or guarantees.
Students are responsible for independently evaluating any product before clinical use.
Questions regarding specific products should be directed to the manufacturer.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, presentations, videos, photographs, graphics, downloads, templates, clinical resources, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of Avevya, LLC d/b/a Avevya Institute.
Enrollment grants students a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Students may not:
- Copy
- Record
- Photograph
- Scan
- Share
- Upload
- Sell
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Teach from
- Modify
any portion of Avevya Institute's educational materials without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
Photography & Media Release
By attending an in-person educational program, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during training.
Unless you notify Avevya Institute in writing before the course begins, you grant permission for photographs or video that include your likeness to be used for educational, promotional, website, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
Course Attendance
Students are expected to arrive on time and actively participate in all scheduled educational sessions.
Completion of a course does not guarantee mastery of any procedure, and additional education or supervised clinical experience may be necessary depending on the student's background and professional goals.
Online Education
Students enrolled in online courses, hybrid programs, memberships, or digital educational resources receive a limited personal license to access the purchased content.
Online course access may not be shared, transferred, copied, or redistributed.
Unauthorized account sharing or reproduction of educational materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avevya, LLC d/b/a Avevya Institute, its owners, instructors, contractors, affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- Participation in educational programs
- Use of educational materials
- Clinical application of techniques
- Product selection
- Practice decisions
- Business decisions
- Employment outcomes
In any event, Avevya Institute's maximum liability shall not exceed the tuition actually paid for the applicable course.
Refunds & Cancellations
Enrollment is subject to the current Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Students acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted those policies prior to enrollment.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with Avevya Institute's Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer, and any signed enrollment agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between the student and Avevya Institute regarding course enrollment.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
