Getting Started
Eligibility & Consent
Clear criteria for patient selection, medical history and a signed informed‑consent form prior to treatment, with an annual good‑faith exam required for patient safety.
Supervision & Safety
All procedures are performed by qualified professionals under our Medical Director, Anthony Amoroso, MD with established emergency protocols and strict infection-control standards.
Scheduling & Expectations
Most appointments last 30–90 minutes, depending on the treatment and the number of areas being treated. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment, and the appointment deposit may be forfeited.
All required consent forms and your Good Faith Examination (GFE) must be completed by 8:00 PM the evening prior to your appointment. Failure to complete these requirements may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Your visit will include a consultation, treatment, and post-procedure review with personalized aftercare instructions.
Patients are permitted one (1) complimentary appointment reschedule with at least 72 hours' advance notice. Appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice will require a new deposit. No-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the appointment deposit. Future appointments may require a new deposit or full payment at the time of booking, depending on the treatment and provider discretion.

About our Treatments
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Our experienced providers will guide you. During your appointment, we will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable treatments to achieve your desired results. We believe in educating our clients to help them make informed decisions about their care.
Are the treatments painful?
We prioritize your comfort. While some treatments may involve mild discomfort, we use various methods to minimize it, such as topical numbing creams and advanced techniques. Your provider will discuss what to expect during your specific procedure.
What is the downtime for most procedures?
Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Many of our procedures, like Botox and fillers, have little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities immediately. For more intensive treatments, like certain laser therapies, you might expect a few days of social downtime. We will provide you with detailed post-care instructions and what to expect.
How long will it take to see results?
The onset of results differs by treatment. Some treatments offer immediate results, while others, like those that stimulate collagen production, will show gradual improvement over several weeks to months. Your provider will give you a clear timeline of what to expect.
Are your treatments safe?
Your safety is our top priority. All our treatments are FDA-approved or cleared and are performed by highly trained medical professionals. We adhere to the strictest safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and effective experience.
