Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please review the following policies carefully before registering for a training course, purchasing digital products, booking a clinical treatment, or scheduling a model appointment with Avevya Institute.
By completing your registration or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
General Policies
Course tuition, treatment pricing, model fees, products, schedules, and educational offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
Students are responsible for understanding all licensing requirements, scope of practice regulations, and legal requirements applicable within their jurisdiction. Avevya Institute does not provide legal advice regarding licensing, physician supervision, or regulatory compliance.
Course Registration & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in any in-person training course.
The remaining tuition balance must be paid no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled course date.
Failure to submit the remaining balance by the payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your reserved seat.
Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a personalized educational experience and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Course Cancellation & Rescheduling
Course deposits are non-refundable.
Students who need to reschedule due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen emergencies must submit their request in writing to hello@avevya.com at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course date.
Students may transfer to another available course within 30 days without forfeiting their tuition or deposit.
Each student is permitted one (1) complimentary course transfer.
All rescheduled dates are subject to course availability.
Requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled course or failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all deposits and tuition paid.
Course Changes
Avevya Institute reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute instructors, or cancel any course due to instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If Avevya Institute cancels a course, students may transfer to another available course date or receive a full refund of any tuition paid.
Online Courses & Digital Products
Because immediate access is provided to digital content, all online courses, memberships, digital downloads, manuals, templates, and educational resources are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once access has been granted.
Clinical Treatments & Model Appointments
All treatment fees, model appointment fees, deposits, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Treatment recommendations may change based on medical history, provider assessment, safety considerations, or patient suitability.
Avevya Institute reserves the right to recommend an alternative treatment if the requested procedure is not clinically appropriate.
Appointment Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting:

Rescheduling requests must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments rescheduled with proper notice may transfer the deposit to one future appointment.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice require a new deposit.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled course, treatment, or model appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.
Repeated no-shows or excessive cancellations may result in refusal of future registrations or appointments.
Refund Policy
Except where otherwise required by law or where Avevya Institute cancels a course, all sales are final.
This includes:
- Course deposits
- Tuition payments
- Online courses
- Digital products
- Memberships
- Clinical treatments
- Model appointments
- Treatment packages
Please carefully review all course descriptions and policies before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your registration or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Customers agree to contact Avevya Institute directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Documentation including signed agreements, booking confirmations, payment records, attendance records, and electronic acknowledgments may be used to respond to payment disputes.
