Legal & Regulatory Responsibilities

Avevya, LLC d/b/a Avevya Institute ("Avevya Institute") does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for interpreting or advising students regarding licensing requirements, physician supervision, business formation, regulatory compliance, or scope of practice. Students are solely responsible for determining their legal eligibility to perform any procedure taught during training and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Texas Regulatory Information
Students practicing in Texas must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidance established by the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (where applicable), and all other governing authorities.
Healthcare professionals are responsible for maintaining appropriate physician supervision when required, complying with applicable documentation standards, following written protocols, and operating within their legal scope of practice.

HIPAA & Patient Confidentiality

Failure to comply with HIPAA requirements or confidentiality obligations may result in dismissal from training and may subject the individual to disciplinary, regulatory, civil, or criminal action.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in any course, mentorship program, online training, or educational offering provided by Avevya Institute, students acknowledge that they are responsible for their own clinical decisions and professional practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avevya, LLC d/b/a Avevya Institute, its owners, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of educational materials or the performance of procedures following training.
