Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. All required consent forms and the Good Faith Exam must be completed by 8:00 PM the evening before your appointment—no exceptions. While we strive to remain on schedule, appointment times may occasionally be delayed due to treatment complexity or instructor supervision. Your visit will include a consultation, treatment, post-procedure assessment, and personalized aftercare instructions. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with adequate notice. No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit and ineligibility to book future appointments. Whenever possible, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any scheduling changes.
